I am proud to announce that the first release of this product went live on May 16, 2018 to all RBC clients (that's about 16 million people). My main responsibilities for this project were the interaction and UX/UI designs, which included: persona creation, user flows, low and medium fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, coordinating and moderating multiple usability testing sessions, re-iterating wireframes based on user testing feedback, working together with a visual designer on high-fi mockups, and working with front-end developers & QA on implementation for desktop, tablet and mobile views. If you're an RBC client, log into your online banking and check it out!
